Problem installing CS5 Photoshop

I have tried to download and install Photoshop CS5 on a new computer since my old computer has stopped working. I managed to find the old version and download it but at the end of the installation process it says "Could not start your Adobe CS Live subscription. Try again later." I have tried several times but continue getting the same problem. The program is not installed. Can anyone help?

If you have Mac El Capitan/Sierra or Windows 10 your VERY old program will likely never work
