Supporting an old operating system for Photoshop

I have just bought the adobe package and want to download photoshop but won't allow me because my operating system is too old. Is there a way I can download an older version of photoshop or add something to my computer to make photoshop compatible.

You can install Previous versions back to CS6 as part of your membership.

Install a previous version of any Creative Cloud application
