are you using Robohelp for Word? Just confused a little as your refer to modifying the doc file?
Another option that may be a little easier (if you are using RoboHTML) is to add the piece of code to a Topic Template file (in the footer) and then apply that template to the relevant topics (you can do that to a group of Topic List tab).
Another option is to provide a link in each topic to a common topic that can be used for feedback. You could then add a form which ask for the topic name and the users suggestion.
Or are you indeed using Robohelp for word?
Sorry - yes I am. using RoboHelp for Word I am doing WebHelp output. Am I on the wrong forum? Obviously, I'd still appreciate the help.
No problem, you just may get a better response from the Robohelp for Word area of the forum (where the Robohelp for Word users hang out).
I don't have Robohelp for Word installed on site and I'm not sure if templates (headers and footers) are an option with this tool. Sorry.
