Hi,

I'm on a Mac pro with 27" Apple Display on Sierra 10.12.2. I'm working on a project on Character animator. Today i decided to update all my adobe softwares incuding CH.

Now, when i start it, my camera is busy but it worked yesterday and this morning on the earlier software version...

The sound is working.

WTF ?

Can you help me to fix it ?

Thanks

Guillaume

Can you try turning the camera icon in the upper right side of the screen on and off?

Also, can you try clicking the three horizonal lines to the right of the words "camera & microphone"?, Then pick, "switch to next camera".

Is your camera working properly with other applications?

Finally, try restarting your machine. If none of these things work, I'm guessing deleting your preferences will work, but I won't give you instructions on how to do that until we've tried the above options.

Thanks,

Dan R.
