I'm trying activate my pre-existing adobe ID firstname.lastname@example.org, but every time I get a message "Oops! We can’t find that page."

I have the same exact problem. I click on the "Activate Behance" button and nothing happens. I get redirected to the page that says "Oops! We can’t find that page."
