Hi,

I'm a beginner in the muse. I like the functionality of decreasing the opacity of a target when you slide your mouse on to it. Further, I want to create a hyperlink if you click on that. But while I'm creating a hyperlink (that is placing the rectangle and hyperlinking it). The top layer action is only work. That is if my hyperlink is on top, then it's taking me to the link but fading of the image is not working. While, if keep the slider on top, then hyperlink is not working. Can you suggest me on how to do that, so that both will work?

In addition to what mshom asked, you can refer to this tutorial and get a fair idea of using the state buttons in Muse - Create rollover effects in Adobe Muse | Adobe Muse CC tutorials
