I ordered Lightroom 6 bit Adobe didn't sensi me the download link

Hi guys,

Yesterday i ordered a complete version offline Lightroom 6 bit Adobe didn't send me the download link. I noticed that someone took 1€ from my credit card account and i swear that there was the right amount offline money to pay Lightroom 6 (132,98€). What's happened ti me?

Did you buy from Adobe or someone else? Have you tried contacting the seller about this?

Did you check your junk e-mail folder to see if the e-mail is in there?

Did you receive a serial number or redemption code?

Honestly, if there's a problem with the sale or a problem with the credit card, those of us in this forum can't help with this problem, we are just other LR users.

I bought It from Adobe.com. I just checked my junk email golder and there is anything.

I'm Sorry forse this weird post, i thought i could receive help from the official Adobe support.

I can't download from that link. I think i Will call the assistance Monday
