I have both Premier Elements 9 and 13 loaded on my PC running W7. In trying to burn a DVD for about 200 images (approx 1G to size) with either PE7 or PE13 i get the "encoding error" message. I have tried disabling my file protection software (Norton, Malware Bytes), but still am unable to burn a DVD. I get the same error trying to burn to a folder. Any suggestions for a work-around?

Have you resized all of your photos to no larger than 1000 pixels wide by 750 pixels tall?

What are the height and width measurements of your photos, in pixels?

Also, what prcoessor do you have and with how much RAM? How much free, clean, defragmented space is on your hard drive?
