Hi Everyone,

I am hoping someone is able to help me! I have recently added an SSL certificate to my website & done a 301 redirect from http - https (www.bulletplanner.com.au)

After I did that I started getting some issues with my shopping bag disappearing at random, after some long conversations with my hosting provider they have come to the conclusion that there are still some 'insecure resources present' in my websites code so I will need change all instances in my html code from http to https.

I don't even know where to begin with this! can anyone shed some light on how I am suppose to find and edit Adobe Muse codes?

Many thanks!!

Carolyn

I think you have not properly configured SSL certificate. Your primary domain have not https. And pages with the goods have not https. But they have a cart.

And if you go into the cart, there is https.

The goods will not disappear, they just are not transmitted between http and https. It works as expected. I think, hosting support is not enough for carefully looked at the problem. Never still required to correct any code in the muse to go to https
