Many of my clients are having problems sending back the form I created with their data saved. I tell them to download the form, save it to their computer, fill it out, save it again and then send it. But many are still unsuccessful. I have also told them that it doesn't seem to work well on Ipads. Is there a setting I can change for them to be more successful?
