Can't access develop module

Hi there,

my lightroom trial ended a couple of days ago. Even though I've already purchased the full version, I am still unable to use the develop module. The creative cloud only tells me to buy lightroom (again). I've also received a confirmation mail from adobe. Anybody with a similar issue who knows how to solve the problem?
