Adobe Acrobat DC w/ Windows 10: Continues to Hijack to Edge

Adobe Product: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Windows 10 continues to re-associate Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with Microsoft Edge when various users open a PDF.

I have tried the following troubleshoots:

• Re-associating the PDF extension in Default Programs (Control Panel) with Acrobat Pro DC versus Edge.
• Right-Clicking the files, Selecting "Open With", Selecting "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC", Checking "Always"
• Altering the String Value in RegEdit to "NoOpenWith" (http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/edge-hijack-pdf-htm-associations/​)

Although these troubleshoots do work at first, it is only temporary. I have concluded the issue occurs when the user leaves our company Wireless Network and runs the machine off another wireless network (e.g. at home).

Does anyone have any further suggestions? For portable devices, this is tremendously inconvenient for users who do not understand how to fix it without contacting us in IT.
