I'm logged in to everything, but Lightroom Mobile. I am rarely asked to login to Creative Cloud.
What type of computer are you using, Mac or Windows?
Any firewall software installed?

Opps you are running Win 10.
Check that the firewall in Windows is either set correctly to allow LR mobile logon to go thorugh or the other AV-Internet security-Firewall software is set correctly.
Also login to the main Adobe webpage and check your account details.
