Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

It's not an app. It's an add-on. The product page has a tab called "Where to Find It". Did you look there? It tells you that Once this extension is installed, "Edge FX Pro" can be applied from "Window" menu > "Extension" submenu > "Edge FX Pro".
