I'm new on Fotolia, but not as a contributor of stock.
Yesterday I loaded a couple of vector format file "to Illustrator 8", as per specifications, complete with a preview .jpg full-resolution, and quality, in a zip archive to which I gave the name of the file.
But unfortunately they have been rejected with the "Technical problems".
You should know that these same files were accepted without problems by iStock, that if you know they have fairly strict acceptance rules.
Can anyone tell me where he is the mistake?
Unfortunately there is no way to have it explain directly from Fotolia / Adobe
