It first appeared on Adobe MAX November 2016, aka Photoshop for Audio.

I'm really interested in it, could anyone who know more about it tell me when will it be on store and how to get a Beta virsion?

I believe you have posted in the wrong place. Sure, this forum is dedicated to Audio/Video, but it's Audio/Video as it relates to the Adobe Captivate application.

Sounds like this is a new product for Adobe. As such, I'm not really sure which forum to move your question to in order to hopefully get you a better and more coherent answer.
