Flash builder 4.6 can not deploy ipa file on IOS 10.x

When I build mobile application with flash builder 4.6, Run config emulate IPhone or Ipad on desktop Okay.

But when build in ipa file and transfer to iTune App (IOS 10.x) and install, the application will disappear when it install finished.
