Lightroom CC 2015.8 (Mac) is synchronizing modifications to ALL images, exactly as though they were all selected, when they are not. Tried restarting, same results.
For example, I take the first image in the batch, apply Spot Removal, X Offset +9, tweak the crop—and every image in the batch now has the selfsame Spot Removal, X Offset +9, and tweaked crop, exactly as though they were all selected when I made the changes. They were not. This is helpful when I want it, but I don't want it, and only one image is selected at a time. I've never seen it before.
Your suggestions are appreciated.

You can also simply rename the current file Lightroom Preferences.agprefs.OLD, which allows restoring it if the problem persists. Make sure LR is closed before renaming.

Please make sure to not have selected multiple images (i.e. in filmstrip) and have turned on Auto sync.

Thanks for the response. As mentioned, they were not all selected (filmstrip). But I appreciate the screenshot of Auto Sync; I hadn't seen that before. Lightroom is still shifting everybody around even though only one image is selected and Auto Sync is off. I guess I'll have to manually adjust each image.
