How can I import RAW files from my Canon Rebel T6 to lightroom6? The images will not show and there is no update showing as available.

Please help. I am having issues importing RAW files from my Canon rebelt6 to LR6. I keep getting error messages and no preview of my image is available.

You need LR 6.5 or later. If you're LR 6 is an earlier version, then update using Help->Updates.
