Highlight text automatically

In Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended:

I want to search a expresion, phrase or set of words in a pdf and when it appears, it is highlighted automatically (to highlight when something is appearing in the text). It is similar Search / Replace with format in M. Office or in Adobe: Censore, but with Censure there is no way to make a transparent mark, I only see marks in censure have solid color. If I could censure with transparent color, this option is good! Now I use the option to search the words I want, and when I find them, I frame them with "highlight text" one by one in 100-200 page documents
