      while importing photo there appears a black beam: only 1/5 of the photo is visible in the upper part of the screen...IMG_9555.JPG

          My first thought is that you have a corrupted photo file. The corruption would come from some sort of hardware malfunction, it could be the camera card, card reader, hard disk or even computer memory.
