lightroom 5 doesn't start

I use lightroom 5 sinds a few years. Sinds this week lightroom 5 doesn't start anymore.

I only get the box below. When I put there my serialnumber it is not accepted.

When I try the same with my former lightroom 4.3, from where i once upgraded, the serialnumber is accepted, but I get only my old catalogues form a few year ago.

I wanted tot contact Adobe, but they don't support my product anymore they say.

Can anybody help me with this problem?

If LR 4 is accepting the serial number then it is a LR 4 serial number and not a LR 5 serial number.

To activate LR you must put in the LR 5 serial number first and then since it is a upgrade serial number it will then ask you to input the LR 4 serial number.
