The error message is telling me;

DDE Sever Windows; AcroRd32.exe Application Error

A command of 0x6328525c referred a memory of 0x00000000. The memory

was unable to be ’read’.

For terminating PROGRAM, crick .

My PC is Toshiba dynabook R621 / 28GK,

OS is Windows 8.1

Acrobat software are; Acrobat Pro 9 Extended and Acrobat Reader DC

Couple of issues there:

- Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 8.

- Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Reader DC.

I would suggest keeping only one of these applications (preferably a compatible one), and uninstalling the other.

Then attempt to perform a Repair Installation on the one you decide to keep (via the Help menu).
