Are there any settings I can change so that when an employee open and signs a PDF they can look at the PDF on their e-mail again at a later date?

Hi louiseb30173395,

Please be informed if the document is signed through Adobe Sign, Signer & Sender receives the Signed copy of the document in the email at an attachment once the document is Signed.

Sender can also view the Signed copy of the document from the "Manage" page under the Signer category of his Adobe Sign account: Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign
