Heyo,
I have Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Bundle 15 on my Mac, but I made the decision of moving to a PC. I've heard that it is actually possible to move it?
Thanks for your help.

As far as I know, your Mac serial number may NOT be used with the Windows version

Got it. So the Elements Bundle does not support cross-platform, but products such as Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc. do, correct?

A subscription is cross-platform

-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each
-Two activations on one account MAY NOT be in use at the same time (note in the above license link)

Understood.
It is possible to move Windows to Windows for the Elements bundle though, correct?

License is the same 2 activations... on the same Mac OR Windows platform
Activate and deactivate Adobe products first if you will no longer have the old computer

If you purchased the boxed version it will be multi-platform. If you purchased a download it will be Mac only but you could request a platform swap if you no longer wish to use the software on the Mac.
