Hey Adobe Experts!

I'm working on a brochure design in InDesign CC, and noticed that my cover isn't printing correctly.

Cover_Preview.pngCover_Overprint.png

On the left is what I want it to look like. The light blue shape is set to the Hard Light blending mode, and the set of diagonal lines on top of it are set to Soft Light. When I print the document, or set it to Overprint Preview, I get the image on the left. The shape is solid blue, and the diagonal lines disappear. The darker blue boxes behind the text are set to Multiply, and they print fine.

I'm using Solid Uncoated PMS colors, and the document's intent is for print.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help!

How are you printing this? If it's a desktop printer why are you using spot colors?

Have you tried exporting a PDF?
