Signature field not visible on iPad

I have created a document on Acrobat that I want to have on my iPad for customers to sign. I put in the digital signature field, but when I bring up the document on my iPad, that field only brings up the keyboard and not a box to sign.

Please advise me on how to fix this!

Acrobat Reader on iPad doesn't do digital certificates, believe it or not. Here is Adobe's "alternative": https://www.adobe.com/sign/esignature-resources/sign-document-on-ipad.html
