Over two days and 36 views and no answers or comments? The very nice gentleman from probably eastern Asia assured me that the moderators on this forum would answer me - as he also told me that they don't support this product and haven't been trained in it. Please don't let his down...
Almost a week, 66 views and no answers? I'd hate to think that the nice man lied to me.
Honestly, someone else has had this problem before. It has to be a consistent glitch somewhere. We bought the actual disc. It does the same thing regardless of the computer, and on windows 7, 8 and 10. So it has to be the program. Might there have been some discs made that have a problem? Will adobe allow us to get another disc? And if so, who do I talk with? Please give some suggestions. Thanks!
