Adding a free trial when already have a cc account

I have a Creative Cloud account with LR but I want a free trial photoshop, I follow the steps but can't download it, it says that I already have an account.... I asks me for my password but won't accept it... I changed the password just in case but still can't get my free foto shop trial!!!

so confused!!!

I have the same question, so that I was invited to enjoy a second trial but I couldn,t get an approval on the license.
