So, I'm making a video project for my spanish class, in which I need to insert muzzle flashes for a cool gun effect. However, when I press the left arrow key to proceed to the next frame, it skips about 1/100'th of a frame. Is there anyway I can make the frame size bigger, so I actually skip a frame when I press the left/right arrow keys? Thanks!

I think I understand. I could be wrong on this, but it sounds like maybe you have your sequence set to "Show Audio Time Units"? Right click on the top of you timeline and pulls down and see if there is a check mark next to "Show Audio Time Units" if there is click it to turn it off and see if that gets the result you want.
