Can't add mp4, mov and wav on mac

Hi,
I have a project that's something like a template i made i just go inside and make slight changes every time, but suddenly today i found message telling me that i have missing files although all files in the same path and not touched, when i try to replace or import them i find the files are grayed
Not just these files but all MP4s, MOVs and WAVs..
How can i solve this ?

show us some full screenshots and provide some technical information: OS version, Ae version - full numbers.

Hi, It's os x sierra, ae 14.0
This problem was solved by restarting, no idea why that happened.

Just as a heads-up, you're not running the latest version of AE. Last week, Adobe released the 14.1 update.
