I received a list of names and addresses in PDF format. They names and addresses, etc. are listed in columns. When I covert this PDF to excel, my downloaded excel file does not have the names and info in columns, they are all run together. What can I do to get them in column format?

Hi Caraway,

As mentioned above, it seems like you are experiencing this problem during the conversion of this particular document.

have you tried converting any other file? if not then please try converting any other pdf to excel and see if that comes up in right format or not?

You can share the file with us via private message, we would like to reproduce the same at our end.

Regards,

Akanchha
