Why does a boxs pop up when I am closing a PDF asking: "Do you want to save before sending?"

What does that mean? Where is it sent?

I  have not asked it to send it anywhere. This become an issue a couple of weeks ago. I have never seen this befor

Hi Yvonne,

Could you confirm what is the task that you were performing on PDF file? Or which tool you have selected and what exactly the workflow that you were following?

Are you working on the document online or using desktop application?

This message generally appears when you have selected "Send for Signature" or "Send & Track" tools to perform action.

It shouldn't appear in any other scenario.
