    Programme issue



      My compnay bought illustrator for a year package, however since last year it ahs been giving issues, where I have to reinstall the programme every now and then.Today it refuses to let me reinstall the programme. It says I ahve to buy it because my trial has expired, but when I manage my account it says I bought the progamme.


      I dont know what to do. I have unistalled and reinstalled, creative cloud and illustrator on my computer and I have restarted the computer.Nothing seems to help

      Please assist
