My GPU is an ASUS Radeon R7 370 OC STRIX GAMING 2GB DDR5 256-bit. I tried everything, but it isn't recognized by After Effects. I tried to edit the card that are supported by GPUSniffer.exe in raytracer_supported_cards.txt...but I didn't succeed.
I have all drivers up-to-date and I can't explain why my After Effects want to work just with CPU.

AMD GPUs were never supported in the first place with CUDA and the Raytrace 3D stuff is deprecated, anyway. You are wasting your time trying to get this to work.
