Hi Rupali,

I went to through the procedure and arrived at the screen you sent me a picture of. Unfortunately without success.

Thank you anyway.

I decided in the meantime to get the upgrade to PSE 15 which seems to run ok.

Thanks for your help

Kind regards

Ulrich

Dear Rupalia,

I have the same Problem and I try your steps but it doesn´t works. I have bought a new notebook with Windows 10 and if I started the Panorama function, Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 closed. If I make the same with my convertible with Windows 10, too. It works but the power is too small and it works a long time. If I try the Kompatibilitätsmodus with Windows 7, it´s the same. What can I do?

Thank you very much. Greetings Ralf
