I recently bought an after effects subscription because my trial expired but now they can't find any subscription on my account. Ive tried refreshing and nothing. Why hasn't my subscription been notified in my account ?
Go to your account settings by following the link in the Creative Cloud Settings menu:
If you do not see anything under Plans and Products double check your Adobe ID and Contact Customer Care - Adobe Support.
