Hello, everyone.
I am working on CS6 Master Collection for over 1 year.
Since last Thursday I have problem with an opening Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign. Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge works ok.
I decided first to reinstall Premiere Pro. But after writing down my serial number into Installator yellow frame popup and it was written (my translation from Polish - I hope it is good enough): "We can not verify your serial number for CS6 Master Collection product. Get in touch with..." My serial number is correct and I am terrified that it won't work after reinstallation of whole Master Collection. I was searching for answer in Adobe, I was looking for tutorials and try few methods and nothing helped. I updated video adapter drivers. I run Premiere Pro as administrator, reboot computer everytime. What is going on? I have really important task to do.
Please, heeeeeelp!!!
Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
Nividia GeForce GTX 970
RAM 16 GB
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU 4GHz
I will be gratefull!
Marta
Marta I reviewed your account and I can confirm that the registered serial number under your account for the Asia Pacific version of Master Collection CS6 is still valid. I would recommend you utilize the installation files provided with your purchase when you reinstall.
You can find details on how to locate your registered serial number at Find your serial number .

Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

John, I read Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup
at the very beginning and I searched a lot of topics on Adobe forums that could help.
I don't have AVG.
I have only one Display Adapter Nividia GeForce GTX 970 (screen below).
I am really worried. I'm still looking. Do you have more ideas what could it be?
Do you know, what is wrong with my serial number?

I had to clean my computer from bugs etc., deactivate CS6, restart PC, next reinstall CS6. Serial number was fine this time. Everything is working.
Jeff, I should have version for Central Europe. Are you sure it is Asia Pacific version???

Yes Marta the registered version if for the language EAP - Asia/Pacific English. It also for an educational license. It will be vital that you locate the installation files that were provided to you at the time of purchase if you wish to reinstall. I would also recommend that you make a backup of the installation files once they are located.
