Hi all, I wanted to ask you how do you do to meet new people and colleagues to work? How do you grow some confidence with new colleagues?

I'll put a bit more context into my question to make it clearer.

I used to live in a very stimulant and big city and due to life I moved to a smaller town. In the beginning everything was very stimulant. I opened my own boutique production company and made big strides. Everything was new and you could feel the progress. Some years later I feel like things began to stall. I met most of the people in town, most of the companies with which you can collaborate, and I have a pretty good idea of what the place is about. And what the limits are in such place.

How do you do to keep growing, to keep meeting people, interesting people with which you can collaborate? How do you engage with people similar to you in order to get involved in projects that are more challenging, appealing and bottom line makes you happier?

I look forward for your comments
