When you convert text to outlines, it becomes path art. So you can tell if there is any text in the current document that has not been converted to outlines by searching for text art. Distinguishing between outline text and other path art might prove more difficult if you need to detect outline text in the document.

After the Create outlines it becomes path art.

So there is no texts in the current document.
