I have installation problem with lightroom 6

I have an HP Pavilion g6 with windows 10. I've just downloaded lightroom 6. Part way through the installation, at after the point where I press the Install button in the Adobe box showing Options, language, location and Install I get the User Acc Control asking to Allow this App etc. I click Yes and the following message appears -

Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\Decore\SetUp.exe.;

Can get help please in simple English?

Try renaming the two OOBE folders. Go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Inside the Adobe folder find the folder named OOBE and rename it OOBE_OLD

Then bring up the run dialog by holding down the Windows key and pressing R

Type the following string into the dialog and press return

%localappdata%/Adobe

Inside the Adobe folder re-name the OOBE folder as OOBE_OLD

Then go back to your unzipped lightroom download and double-click on Setup to start the installation again,
