I am conducting a review of my organization's websites and online presences.
I have a checklist form that I must fill out and distribute to 140 different entities.

Is there any way of automating this through Acrobat where I fill out the form, save it for the individual chapters and send / track their progress on completing the checklist items? I'm a bit of a n00b so please include as much detail for the process as is possible.
Any input or questions are greatly encouraged and appreciated.
