      Awful customer service experience.  I accidentally signed up for adobe stock while setting up my new laptop.  I noticed a few months of charges and when i explained that i never used the service i expected them to look into it and reverse the charges and got nowhere.  I expect customer service to do the right thing and not ripoff customers.
