My company recently upgraded from Adobe Acrobat XI to DC. I use a program called Hydraflow, which prints its results to PDF. The PDF image is a mix of small blocks of text (recognized as individual images) and lines. It is an older program that does not produce high quality images, and I must move around the text blocks to make it more readable. This is an image of the PDF I am trying to manipulate.
The problem I have is that Acrobat DC does not recognize the individual numbers next to the lines, but rather the lines and numbers together in large blocks. This was not a problem in Acrobat XI. Is there any way for me to do what I did before without reverting to Acrobat XI?
