As instructed I have contacted Chat numerous times only to be told to contact "the Experts" in the Forums. Then the Forum Experts advise me to contact Chat. Now it is suggested I contact a member or the Forum Staff.
Why is it impossible to get assistance in solving Adobe issues?
If you received the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS, or run out of activations, contact us to have the activation count reset
I followed this link and was taken to text chat. Again I was informed the forum Experts take care of these problems
So please can someone reset my account.

Yes Mr Smith as stated in my original post I have tried these exact steps repeatedly with no success.
Be sure to ONLY ask for activation support to adjust your activation count
