Have you tried looking for the crash report in the event viewer?
That's odd. I can't seem to find one regarding Photoshop
Is it AgSService?
Try this, launch Photoshop let the issue occur again then open the event viewer and expand Windows Logs & choose Application.
You will see a recent Photoshop crash report on the top, open it and then take a screenshot and post it here.
