extremely noisy viewport image after update

There is the same pic on the screenshots:

When I zoom the image (make it 1:1) - everything is o'k. When I make it smaller - I see a lot of noise, and can't work with it. What should I do to fix it or to do, as it was before update?

If Cache levels are set to less than 4, try setting them to 4.

Edit > Preferences > Performance .
