Right-click menu missing "combine files to pdf" option Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

Greetings,

Adobe Acrobat 11.0 options are missing on the right click menu when selecting multiple files thru windows explorer including "Combine Files to PDF" option. I have already tried the command prompt option and typing the line below (with quotation marks included) and it would say that it has successfully processed the command and yet right clicking any file still would not reveal the Acrobat 11 Right Click options that was there previously:

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat Elements\ContextMenu64.dllI

Kindly provide an alternative solution by replying on this thread. Thank you.

Could you please try the steps suggested in the link below? Make sure, you are launching Command Prompt as an administrator

missing convert to adobe pdf option when right click on the file

Also, check if an update available for Acrobat.

Launch Acrobat>click Help menu>select Check for Updates
