I received a message in the Lightroom mobile applications on my iPhone and iPad that my trial has ended, however my creative cloud subscription is current. I have gone through all the troubleshooting advised (sign in, sign out, reactivate, etc) but cannot get the mobile apps to sync. How can I get them to work?

Do you have a student & teacher plan?
and Please check your lightroom version by clicking on help > about lightroom.
