Can't open my book on the same computer

Hi there,

I am having trouble opening a book that I had previously purchased on the same computer. I am in a different country than where I purchased the book, but its the very same laptop. When I tried to open the book it said. "This computer needs to be authorized with a Vendor ID to open Streetsmart Financial Basics for NonProfit Managers. To start the authorization process with a Vendor ID, click the continue button."

I don't think I set up an Adobe Id when I bought the book 2 months ago. So, I went through and set one up, but it says "! The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again."

Any suggestions as I need to access my textbook right away for my course.

Thanks,

Misty

Try this (it worked for me):

1) In ADEditions, go to Help --> Erase Authorization

2) In ADEditions, go to Help --> Authorize [using Adobe ID]

3) Select Book(s) --> right click --> Remove from Library

4) Re-add book(s) (in case that you have an .acsm file with a link, open this file with ADEditions)
